Rigo is an Airforce veteran, that has lived in 5 different states within that time. What he noticed in every state he lived in, was dishonest mechanics. So he made a decision to become a mechanic that people could trust again. “I didn’t become a mechanic to make money or even start a business. I became a mechanic because I didn’t trust mechanics. I still don’t to this day!” Those words come from the owner Rigo Otañez himself! He states that even in today’s society, he sees customers getting ripped off by other local shops. This is why they send pictures, videos, and constant updates to keep their customers at ease with the progress of their vehicle. Offering a 2 year/24,000 mile labor warranty, just to solidify the confidence in their quality of work. Not only that, most parts that they provide come with a lifetime warranty that gets passed onto the customer!! Not many shops in Yuma can say that! They will only offer a one year warranty on labor and parts, or sometimes even only a 90 day warranty on labor and parts.
